1-to-1 Session

Cancellations and changes made via email or WhatsApps 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service rate.

Cancellations and changes made via email or WhatsApps sooner than 24 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.
